Each market has its own team for sales and purchasing. The purchasers in each division monitor developments worldwide and keep prices competitive. Responsibility for commercial results lies with the account managers. They also acquire new customers, supported one-on-one by the indoor sales department, which processes daily orders and provides service to customers. All members of the sales staff receive effective training in all facets of the products in the company’s own Academie. The marketing department has a pivotal function between purchasing and sales, analyzing markets, spotting trends, ensuring innovations and supervising product launches from A to Z.
